1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At K Pro Advisor, we are committed to delivering exceptional QB help, quickbook fix, and QB online support. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee.
2. One-Time Session Refunds
For one-time QB help sessions (Starter plan):
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the session.
- No refund once the session has commenced.
3. Monthly Plan Refunds
For monthly subscription plans (Professional & Enterprise):
- Full refund within 7 days of the initial payment if no services have been rendered.
- Pro-rated refund for unused days if canceled after 7 days with at least 14 days notice.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable after services have been fully delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services fully rendered and completed as agreed.
- Client-provided incorrect information leading to service delays.
- Disputes filed more than 30 days after service delivery.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via our Contact page with your full name, invoice number, reason, and date of service. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
